Work???
We've all something to do for living, we all do work, maybe unpleasant, maybe joyfull, but it has to be done.
Physical training can help us, to relax, te strenghten ourself, to be better at what we do.
How many times I've eard "I can't do this, I've only 24h in a day". Sorry but it's bullshit, we can all do our workout, it's a matter of motivation.
Only spent 10-30 min per day on his body, that's all you need, if you're an average people looking for being fit you don't need more.
I've just one question : What would you do if your body collapse?? Your work is really so important to forget about yourself??
Never forget, take care of yourself and your beloved, that's life!
